How long are your tours?
Our tours run from 4 to 9 hours depending on the itinerary. Each tour page lists exact durations, and we are happy to extend a tour on the day if you would like a bit more time somewhere.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start time. Within 48 hours we may still be able to reschedule depending on availability — please contact us as soon as you can.
Do you provide pickup and drop-off?
Yes. Pickup and drop-off is included from any Sydney CBD hotel, the cruise terminal, or your accommodation in the greater metropolitan area.
What is included in the tour price?
Your private vehicle, your driver-guide, all park and venue entry fees, bottled water and hotel pickup and drop-off. Lunch and wine tastings are optional and at your own cost unless specifically stated.
What happens in bad weather?
We adapt the itinerary on the fly — there is almost always a great alternative in Sydney. We will only postpone a tour for genuine safety reasons, and in that case we work with you to reschedule or refund.
How many people can a tour accommodate?
Our standard vehicle seats up to six guests comfortably. Larger groups are welcome by request — get in touch and we will arrange a vehicle that fits your party.
Are tours suitable for kids?
Absolutely. Featherdale Wildlife Park is a long-standing family favourite, and our driver-guides know how to pace a day around younger travellers. Child seats and booster seats are available on request.
What languages do you offer?
Tours are conducted in English and Spanish. We specialise in private tours for Spanish-speaking travellers from Spain and Latin America, with native-fluent driver-guides — just let us know your language preference when you book. Other languages are available on request. Ver en español →
